Earth Week Dinner at Craigie on Main
Thursday, Apr. 21–Sunday, Apr. 24
Craigie on Main is all about local, sustainable cuisine, but chef Tony Maws takes that mission one step further with his annual Earth Week dinners. One of Maws’ favorite aspects of sustainability is the popular “Nose to Tail” (or, “Fin to Gills”) technique, so the weak of stomach need not apply. Part of the proceeds benefit Chef’s Collaborative. $80 per person. 853 Main St, Central Square, Cambridge (617-497-5511, craigieonmain.com)
